The purpose of the Payments section of our site via the Student and Parent Portal is to allow parents to make payments via credit card for student’s activity fees, school costs and contributions or other items with related costs.

Attendance Dues are approved by the Minister of Education under Section 447 of the Education Act 1989. Special Character and Building Contributions: Financial Contributions collected on behalf of the Proprietor are raised in terms of Section 451 of the Education Act 1989. (Tax deductible)

Refund Policy:

Attendance Dues, Proprietor’s, Building and Special Character Contributions paid in advance for following terms will be refunded if a student leaves the College at the end of a term. If a student leaves part way through a term there will be no refund for that term.

Sports fees are non-refundable once registration has closed.


Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to school trip or activity.


Payment Security is managed through DPS for mutual security. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software.
