We would love to welcome your daughter to St Mary’s College. Here’s everything you need to know about applying, key dates and fees.
Placement offers for our 2027 intake have now been completed. Any new applications are welcome, however, these will be treated as a late application.
Enrolment Process
St Mary’s College has no zoning restrictions, meaning students from anywhere in Auckland are welcome to apply. Before you begin the online application, please make sure you have all the required documents ready to upload. You’ll need to complete the online enrolment form and attach all other required documents as part of that process. Applications are only considered for acceptance once the form is fully completed and all supporting documents have been provided.

Supporting documents required
For Preference Students (Catholic):
- For Preference 5.1 – 5.5: A St Mary’s College Preference Certificate signed by your Parish Priest.
- For Preference 5.1: A copy of the Catholic Baptismal Certificate and any Sacramental Certificates.
- For Preference 5.2–5.3: A copy of the sponsor’s Baptismal Certificate.
- For Preference 5.4: Significant Adult Involvement in Parish Life Form.
For Non-Preference Students:
- A reference from your church community or current school.
For All Applicants:
- A copy of the student’s Birth Certificate.
- For non-New Zealand born applicants: A copy of the student’s passport showing a visa/permit confirming domestic (NZ) student status.
- A copy of the student’s most recent school report.
- A signed St Mary’s College Use of Devices, Internet, and Loan Device Agreement.
- A signed Auckland Catholic Diocese Attendance Dues Agreement.
Your application will be reviewed once the online form and all required documents have been submitted.

St Mary’s College offers a number of scholarships each year to students of academic ability, musical aptitude and financial need – read the booklet below for details about what we offer and how to apply.
Fees & Contributions
As a non-profit, state-integrated Catholic school, all St Mary’s College fees and contributions go towards providing for your daughter’s education.
All financial information can be accessed via the Kamar parent portal. Parents have been given their username and passwords.
Attendance Dues are a legal requirement for all enrolled students under the Education and Training Act 2020, and are payable to the Auckland Catholic Diocese. Several contributions qualify for a tax rebate; a tax donation receipt is issued each year for contributions paid during the financial year. Trips, activities and sports are charged separately.
Preferred payment is via the Parent / Student Portal.
Fees can also be paid directly to: Saint Mary’s College Board of Trustees, BNZ 02-0248-0050618-00, using your daughter’s Student ID as the particulars and name as the code.
