SPORTS COORDINATOR - FULL-TIME POSITION

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Sports Coordinator who is well organised with strong attention to detail. Start date to be negotiated.

The role involves administration of all sports programmes, tournaments and events in which our students participate. The successful candidate needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have proven people management skills. Promoting sport and contributing to the holistic environment of the College is an essential element to this role.

NETBALL COORDINATOR - PART-TIME POSITION (10 hrs per week Terms 1-3)

We are seeking and enthusiastic Netball Administrator. This is a role that supports Netball at the College including; admin, photos, uniform and prizegiving. The successful candidate needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have proven people management skills.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS - VACANCY (volunteer position)

The St Mary's College Board of Directors represent Nga Whaea Atawhai Sisters of Mercy who own the school property. Our areas of responsibility are to provide buildings and facilities for the college, and to protect and enhance the special character of the college.

About the role:

The board meets once a month, on a Monday at 5.30pm, and members have involvement in the work of the board in any of a variety of areas including finance, property, legal and business.

The role is not paid. However, you would be part of a committed team overseeing development projects and there is satisfaction in playing an important role in shaping a vibrant future for students of St Mary’s College.

We fund membership of the Institute of Directors and professional development is offered through Mercy Governance.
